VT-LLBC Voltz Lipo Balancer / Discharger

The Voltz Balancer/Discharger is designed for use with lithium polymer or Li-Fe batteries.

Features:
- Measures battery voltage precisely and shows individual cell voltages from top to bottom on its LCD screen.
- Can be used as a stand-alone device to check your lithium polymer packs
- Can be used while charging for cell balancing
- Helps determine abnormal cell voltage during the charging and 
discharging process.
- Can be used to slowly balance an imbalanced lithium polymer pack and/or to discharge it.

Balance Voltage setting range (lower limit) - 2.0v - 3.9v (pre-set to 3.3v)
Discharge Voltage setting range (lower limit) - 3.0v - 4.2v (Pre-set to 3.9v)
